We usually think: birds leave in autumn, because they are afraid of winter. They fly away from cold and lack of food. Spring is the time of nest building. It is worth offering birds a place for a nest in our garden or allotment. However, in March or April it may be too late for that, because some bird species have already chosen a place for nesting in the most suitable territories and are ready for breeding. Yet, from now on we may begin to furnish our gardens, so that it attracts as many birds as possible.  more »
