We invite you to watch photographs of polish mainly predatory birds, made by Grzegorz Rynski. Clever eye of lens caught different behavior of animals: from the flight, throughout the feeding and finally to "the dance" in the snow.
Freshwater is a very diversified habitat abundant with food. Thus, on Polish lakes, marches and rivers one can meet many birds adjusted to use freshwater resources.
Tomasz Cofta, the author of the drawings, is an ornithologist and an illustrator. He is a graduate from the University of Gdansk. He worked in the Research Centre of Bird Migrations and the Polish Society for the Protection of Birds. He has ringed 78 thousand birds and confirmed 3 new bird species to occur in Poland.
Winged creatures captured in pictures by Marcin Grabia – a graphic artist and a photographer. Marcin Grabia graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz. Since 2002 he is a member of the Polish Nature Photographers' Union (ZPFP), Lodz local branch.
